By booking an photoshoot session with Bark & Bubble and Mitch Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

All sessions are limited and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another person.

Session Details

Slots available between 10am - 4pm.

Each session lasts 30 minutes. This will include 10 minutes in the Bark & Bubble salon to prep your pup and 20 minutes outside with the photographer. You can then return to the salon to collect your Goodie Bag and personal items.

Owners are welcome (and encouraged) to be included in photos.

Sessions will take place in the park near Bark & Bubble.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

When you arrive, please wait outside Bark & Bubble until you are collected by Bronte.

Dog Behaviour & Responsibility

Dogs do not need to be highly trained.

However, basic commands such as sit, stay, and recall will help achieve the best results.

Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times during the session.

Aggressive behaviour that risks safety may result in the session being stopped without refund.

Image Delivery & Products

You will receive 5 professionally edited images included in your session.

Images will be delivered via an online gallery within 72 hours via email. 

Additional images and prints can be purchased through the gallery.

Style & Expectations

Sessions are relaxed and natural.

The goal is to capture your dog as they are, not perfect poses.

Outcomes may vary depending on the dog’s energy, environment, and conditions.

Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event.

In the case of severe weather, the event may be postponed or rescheduled.

If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be offered.

Photography Usage

By booking, you agree that images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

If you would prefer your images not to be used, please notify us in writing before your session.

Images are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

The photographer and Bark & Bubble are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage during the event.
